| All customers or agents must fill out an FSC credit application or be
pre-approved. Purchase order numbers must be supplied on all orders. Payment due in thirty (30) days of invoice date. Two percent (2%) discount if paid in full within 15 days of invoice. Freight paid to one destination on a $ 850.00 minimum order. Payment must be received within 15 days to receive discount and freight allowances. Send your remittance, including the freight, with order and receive 4% discount. All shipments made best way or UPS or freight collect. Payment made in US funds only. Make checks payable to FSC P.O.
